All orders are shipped from our workshop in Portugal or our logistics center in France. We prepare your order with the utmost care within 24 to 48 business hours.
Delivery Times
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 business days (Colissimo or Chronopost).
- Europe: 3 to 6 business days.
- International: 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free in Metropolitan France. For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow the delivery of your package in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
I want to make an exchange, how do I do it?
If your pair doesn't fit, please note that exchanges are free within Metropolitan France.
Important:
Please note that any pair showing signs of wear cannot be exchanged. If our team detects signs of use, the pair will be automatically returned to you, and no exchange or refund will be possible.
To make an exchange, simply have your order number ready and fill out the form accessible via the button below.
I don't like my order and would like a refund.
For refunds, a €10 fee will be deducted from the total amount of your order.
